These Outboard Hot Rod plans were originally offered in the March 1956 edition of Popular Science. Designed by John Rogers, it could be made for less than $100.00 (in 1956) and was said to achieve speeds of up to 50 MPH with a 20 cubic inch motor. This is a three point hydro design with a slightly squared off nose and high cockpit coamings.
